Brockhampton Group parish has now become a fully SmartWater protected area thanks to the success of the ‘We Don’t Buy Crime’ initiative.
SmartWater is a way of keeping valuable items safe by marking them with an invisible, water-based liquid. This assigns the item with a unique code, so it can be traced back to the owner, making it easier for them to be returned if stolen.
Since the launch, over 300 SmartWater property marking kits have been supplied by the Parish Council and hand-delivered to Brockhampton Group parishioners.
There are a very small number of surplus kits, so if you are a resident of the Brockhampton Group parish and haven’t received a kit, or if you would like to purchase an additional kit (£8.90), please contact us.
